General Overview of Experience	Overall a great experience. They do a great job making you feel at ease on an extremely stressful day.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No issues with logbooks or paperwork.
Technical Test Questions	None of the technical questions really stood out to me. Lot of aerodynamics and had a few questions relating to volcanic ash situations.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Hardest technical question was one relating to a radial intercept. The only reason it was hard was because the question gave a lot more information then was need to solve it.
HR Questions	Most the question came directly from my application. Other then those I got: TMAAT you went above and beyond for a customer Your the CA on a 757 going to San Juan and they just had an earthquake. WWYD. Followed by a sample PA to the passengers. As your getting off the bus in the parking lot you pass a buddy that’s getting on the bus. You small alcohol. WWYD. What’s an internal customer? How have you helped an internal customer? Who’s the most important internal customer?
Cog Test	RST cog trainer is great for preparing for this. Make sure you watch the video before you start though.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	2 weeks.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Aero Crew Solutions was awesome. I really liked the one on one 3 hour prep better then the group prep. We were able to go through a lot more questions then if I was in a group. It really helped me to get comfortable talking through the questions.
