How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? Read Naval Aviators, Read the AIM, and used the Cog Trainer.
Technical Test Questions Overall I felt I had one of the easier JKTs. So I’m not the best source.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? NA
Cog Test Cog Test moves much slower when completing each module. Follow instructions closely, the practice test vs real tests can be a bit confusing if not careful.

HR Questions What do you do in flight to keep busy was one of them.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? Just under two weeks.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Cage Marshall. Yes it gave me some confidence and gave me a week to adjust my delivery.
