General Overview of Experience	Barry did a great job immediately putting people to ease, and trying to get everyone to relax. Everyone from the gate guards to cafeteria employees are all totally professional. I went to the HR interview first and technical portion second. My experience in the HR portion was that is was mostly a guided conversation. Asked questions about my background, and why I chose the path that I did, and then started asking WWYD scenarios with follow up questions. The technical portion wasn’t too terrible. It was straight forward if you properly prepped with RST. Overall an A+ experience.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	No, not quite sure what triggered it, I had two internal recs.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No.
Technical Test Questions	I had about 3 math problems. Time, speed, distance. Descent planning. Nothing that was radically difficult, or that I hadn’t seen before. Like others have said, study the theory and concept rather than memorizing answers.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Nothing was too difficult IMO.
HR Questions	You’re in a third world country, and just prior to pushback a flight attendant informs you that a first class passenger is concerned that the people next to him/her might be trafficking a child that is with them. WWYD? A captain is routinely flying slow and subsequently you are arriving 10-15 mins late every leg, WWYD? How would you handle a senior flight attendant complaining that a junior flight attendant isn’t doing her job properly?
Cog Test	Very similar to the Jet Brain Games. I felt well prepared.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	About a month.

Any additional information you would like to add.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	No, biggest barrier was your own self the days leading up. It was quite stressful obviously, but just know that they want to hire everyone in the room.
