General Overview of Experience Overall extraordinarily positive experience and felt very prepared… maybe over prepared… understanding is that FedEx selects individuals to continue to HR interview based on a bell curve (from testing)… score too far to the left or the right and the computer does not allow you to continue.

How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? Used RST primarily for all aspects of GK test and COG… studied 3-4 hours a day for 3 straight weeks… felt very prepared.
Technical Test Questions There was a question on what is the correct action to take should you encounter volcanic ash at your flight level.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? The word problems were very difficult and not sure if I got any of them correct…

Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I took many psych tests in the military without an issues and as such did not put any weight towards this portion of the examination process.
