General Overview of Experience Overall great experience. I truly believe that my failure in the testing phase was due to nerves. It was the first thing I did that morning and I was extremely anxious to get the process started. I never seemed to settle into a good rhythm. I felt well prepared through self study and RST. HOPEFULLY NEXT TIME IT GOES BETTER.

I made a study guide and used RST
Technical Test Questions I can’t remember any one specific. But can say there were no surprise questions. And that every question was from one of the topics on the study guide emailed to you by Delta or on their website.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? I can’t remember
Cog Test No surprises
Cog Math Questions It’s the first test on the COG. No matter how good of a math whiz you think you are. Practice basic mental math before your interview. Be able to breeze through this and it will boost your confidence going forward with the COG.
HR Questions A lot of questions about my education history. I attended three universities and I have an unfinished masters. I also had a semester with a low GPA and they were really curious about what happened during that time in my life. Questions about my airline experience, why Delta, and the usual hypothetical scenarios.
