General Overview of Experience	Overall great experience minus day 1. That was really a put you in your place type of day.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	The invite came approximately a month after updating pilot credentials with my new type rating and hours in type, which was my first jet time.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	2 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	I did not.
Technical Test Questions	N/A
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	N/A
Cog Test	Putting the pie on the inverted T was challenging. I actually did hands off for a second or two, to chill out.
Cog Math Questions	I spent a significant amount of time on 2 of the 3 questions I got. I’m guessing I would have gotten more questions if I didn’t take so long.
HR Questions	I would put my HR rep at a table against the best poker players in the world. She gave me nothing the entire time, just sat and stared at me. She also gave me more questions than I’d heard other people received. Probably 5 total including explaining in civilian terms the de-ice scenario I received during the 2 v 1.
