Technical Test Questions I had 6 math questions and a lot of navigation (NDB, RMI) questions and not very many aero at all but I think I was in the minority with that.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? I don’t remember the specific questions but anything where I had to pick the correct ADF or RMI picture. I wish I would’ve studied this harder.
HR Questions They were very relaxed and welcoming.
Started off with introductions. Talked about my app. College grades and why I picked my school and how I liked it. Talked about my regional and how I liked it. Talked about my flight instructing job. Talked about one of my volunteering things listed from high school. Talk about my traffic ticket.
Asked WWYD if you’re a captain and in a 3rd world country and theres a human trafficking situation.
WWYD if the lead flight attendant calls 2hrs prior to landing and says the other flight attendants aren’t doing their jobs… then followed up with the other flight attendants called up later in the flight and said the lead is being overbearing and bossy.
WWYD if you are flying with a captain and SHE thinks you’re going to top a thunderstorm but you know you won’t. You’re 150 miles away.
The hypotheticals really had no major like “well that didn’t work” or anything.
Then TMAAT you had a conflict with a FO or CA.
Cog Test Cog was very easy. RST prepares you well. I didn’t use anything else to study this.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 6 weeks out
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. It helped a ton.
Any additional information you would like to add. N/A
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Nothing. I prepped a minimum of 3 hours a day every day for 6 weeks.
