General Overview of Experience Overall it was very laid back and professional. They first do a quick phone screening and ask you to tell them about yourself, why atlas, some TMAAT/WWYD questions. Then you get scheduled for the HR and Tech interview after watching a company virtual brief. The HR portion was conducted by an HR employee and a retired captain and lasted about 35 minutes. The Tech portion was conducted by a retired captain and lasted about 45 minutes. I heard back via email 6 days after the interview for the CJO. I have yet to receive a class date, seems to be about 3 months after the interview typically.

How many internal recs did you have? 3-4
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? None. Instead of sending every individual document, I created a PDF file with everything sorted including a table of contents in the beginning. Received no questions about it.
