General Overview of Experience	Overall just a great experience. Everyone there does their best to calm your nerves and make it as enjoyable as it can be.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Update your resume weekly online. I had no internal recs even though bellow states differently.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	RST Delta, ECIC
Technical Test Questions	Know the concepts, It makes the test easy. I only second guessed on a few.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	How would you brief your FO on the difference between an ILS and SDF path. Answer 6-12 degrees.
Cog Test	REMEMBER the symbol/number recall through the whole test. Weighed extremely heavily.
Cog Math Questions	Look for obvious wrong answers and narrow it down. Don’t stress out, it’s not weighed heavily. Only had time for about 6 and I only got 2 correct that I know of with certainty.
HR Questions	Be yourself. They were very nice and want to know about you, not memorized answers. WWYD if you were told to hole in a thunderstorm and couldn’t get a word in on the radio? How would you handle an FO that shows up obviously tattered and tired. Tell me about a weakness in or out of the cockpit.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	4 weeks.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast. Helped a great deal especially the SBI portion.
Any additional information you would like to add.	It was a great experience and everyone was very helpful and nice. Spend the money on RST and ECIS, it’s worth it.
