Technical Test Questions	RST helped prepare for the technical test. I felt the 15 day course was very helpful, but I wish I would have had more time to navigate all the other areas of RST that offerered valuable literature and additional quizes to help prepare. Preparation for this was not a sprint, but a marathon.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Nothing was too difficult or unexpected, RST prepared you for most concepts. Understanding the concepts behind the questions is key. The strategy of identifying areas of weakness and re-reading, watching videos, or looking up additional information worked well. For the hardest questions, I felt I was able to use logic and my general knowledge to narrow between 1-2 choices, but nothing stood out as impossible to answer.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	Started about three weeks prior, a little bit here and there inbetween studying for the JKT.

Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	I would have liked to prepare for an additional 1-2 weeks. I wish I would have had more time to review all the other areas of literature, videos, and additional quizes on the RST Website. One month was enough to prepare, but having additional time would have made things a bit easier to balance work, study, family. The 15 day course was nice as the material was planned out.
