General Overview of Experience Overall smooth and friendly environment. From the time you show up for the sim to the turning in of paperwork and fingerprinting is very fast and efficient. The previous ride reports are accurate. No stump the dummy, just looking for honest answers and testing out your personality traits. Think of it as more of a conversation. We started walking down my resume and then went all over the place from there. I used ECIC and it was helpful in regards as to how to collect your thoughts but they don’t want to hear ‘canned’ answers. They will tell you that and ask if your prepped who you used. I interviewed and two weeks later got the pool letter. Got a phone call for a class date 2 weeks after the pool letter.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? Prepped with ECIC about 6 months prior, but fine tuned the last 30 days.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast and yes I believe it helped. At a minimum it gave me techniques to tell my story and how to roll with the curveballs.
Any additional information you would like to add. RST Hogan prep is a must. I got the 757 sim. I did not prep for the sim and flew it ok (I have a heavy background). The sim pitch and power are spot on so just study the gouge they give you. They ask you to grade yourself and what you would have done better. I would say personal preference on the sim prep. Could get the A300 or the 757. Your sim pilot may or may not be the same pilot that sits in on your HR portion. Seems to vary.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? No.
