General Overview of Experience Overall this was an incredible experience! The moment I stepped on the Delta Campus I knew this was an incredible company to work for. The facilities are beautiful, the personnel are professional, and the entire experience was pleasant. Don’t get me wrong, I was stressed! But the Delta Hiring team couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No issues. I had my application checked by Centerline Consulting
Technical Test Questions RST covered it pretty well. I feel I had more than a handful of questions that I had not seen in the study material, but I was able to answer with the foundations from the readings.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? My test seemed heavy on Aero/Stability, but the questions were indirect.
HR Questions Tell me about yourself. Why did you go to USAFA? How did you get through such a tough academic program? Tell me about a time you disagreed with a peer. Tell me about a role model and what they taught you. What was your most stressful flight? What was the hardest thing you had to do as a commander?
Cog Test Just answer honestly.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 1 month
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Aero Crew Solutions. It didn’t hurt, but I didn’t get much out of it.
Any additional information you would like to add. The JKT was tougher than I anticipated.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Study the JK more.
