General Overview of Experience	It was, in all honesty, a ton of testing. However, the entire pilot selection team was personable, professional, and welcoming. You could tell that they WANTED to hire you. They make that well known. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience throughout. The Delta interview you’ve heard rumors about, does not exist. It was a great experience, even the psychologist was cool.

Technical Test Questions	I was surprised to see instrument procedures knowledge questions on the test. Be sure to study lost comm scenarios.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	N/A
HR Questions	High School till now in 5 minutes or less. ATC informs you of a natural disaster in Japan, WWYD. Gate agent starts boarding the flight and your inflight just arrived, they’re not ready, GA said she doesn’t have help, WWYD.
Cog Test	RST, the video was spot on.

Any additional information you would like to add.	I wish RST had a vocabulary list for some of the phsycology terms contained in the MMPI-2.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	I would’ve studied even harder for the JKT.
