General Overview of Experience	It was a great experience. The Delta hiring team was welcoming, funny, and very easy going for what I was expecting. Starting at 645am being welcomed and invited into the office for coffee, water, while you go through the different events from HR, MMPI, fingerprinting, etc. Plan to be there until around 4pm if you are offered the CJO. There are snacks in the waiting area, and you do get a lunch break so do not worry about bring any food or water.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I started updating my application two times per week with flight times and logged in almost daily to double check my work. Update, update, update is what I would recommend.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	I used Pro Soft Binders to print my electronic log book. Followed all instructions from Pro Soft and RST to get my original log books and electronic log book in order. No questions were asked during the HR portion, They just handed them back at the end and said “these are for you!’
