General Overview of Experience Probably didn’t study enough. Had taken and easily passed two FAA exams within the past three weeks. Studied RST a bit and took a couple quizzes/tests and did fine. Actual JKT was harder than any I’ve seen. This is the first test I’ve failed in my entire life.

Did you attend a job fair?
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?
How many internal recs did you have?
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?
Technical Test Questions Very hard test. Lots of guys thought they failed. I’m the only one that did.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? A couple questions on fuel system I had no idea about. A couple of nav system questions I didn’t know. Who knows what else. It was all a blur.
Cog Test Easy thanks to RST.
Cog Math Questions
HR Questions Easy. Told a couple war stories. They loved it. No controversy.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. Was good because it made me think about my stories.
Any additional information you would like to add. Seriously bummed. Missed a golden opportunity.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?
