General Overview of Experience Really relaxed interview process but they are trying to get you off your toes. Enjoy it but remain vigilant. They’re still watching you.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? <60 days
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Internal rec
How many internal recs did you have? 1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 2 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? The application is very odd. My first app glitched and never showed completed. My advice is to do the whole thing from start to finish in one shot including the personality test. Also, it may or may not make a difference but try to refrain from the back button on the application.
Technical Test Questions No technical questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? The hardest tell me about a time question was when you disagreed with a crew member or a person within your company and what did you do.
HR Questions Just a couple TMAAT questions mixed with how do you view yourself and what makes a good captain.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? Couple days
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Didn’t use one but I used friends who had been through it.
