Technical Test Questions No surprises at all. Had about 7 Math problems but some of those were very simple deduction. The Gold Standard Powerpoint is a crucial review the night prior. Especially the last 100 slides had some very good gouge.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? It’s all a blur now…but nothing got me off guard.
HR Questions Relaxed atmosphere. The TMAAT and WWYD scenarios are exactly like everyone says. No surprises there. Really take the opportunity to include things in your Introduction that you want them to ask you about and then when answering follow on questions drop little nuggets for them to followup on. I felt like I knew what they were going to ask me next as I was answering their previous questions. You can really drive the discussion this way.
Cog Test The Trainer is money as long as you watch the explanation video. No surprises and only worked on the COG for 2 days. The techniques work great!!
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 6 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Started the knowledge portion sooner. ITS A LOT OF MATERIAL!! Get through it sooner and you can relax more as you approach. I felt I had just gotten to a comfortable point where I felt I covered most of the material just days before my interview.
