Technical Test Questions	None. A welcome change.

HR Questions	Softballs. I felt they were more interested in hearing me express myself so they could get to know me.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	3 weeks. But I had done some prep about 5 years ago before retiring from Air Force.

Any additional information you would like to add.	Low threat now with 1-day process. Relax. Don’t give canned answers. Look them in the eye and be enthusiastic to be there. The rest is out of your control. Also recommend ProSoftBinders. Good first impression maker.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	No.
