General Overview of Experience (With the actual Interview Process)	Overall very laid back, made us feel at ease. After taking log books we sat in a classroom waiting for our interview captain to come get us.

TSA Scenario Experience in General Terms.	Captain gave me a sheet of paper with the flight info, showed me how to use the iPad and gave me some time to put together my thoughts. After asking for departure clearance I gave the pre-push brief, covering everything in the study packet. Talked through the SID, got asked a couple climb via questions. Had a master caution after leveling off. After working that did a go around on the ILS due to airport closure. Talked through the divert and what considerations to be thinking of.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?
HR Questions	I had an HR person and captain. They introduced themselves then asked me to introduce myself, followed by 5 TMAAT questions. If you have a story for conflict, leadership, mentorship, regret, impact made to an organization, etc you will do fine. After this we took a 5 minute break prior to the TSA.
