General Overview of Experience	The whole process was very laid back but very professional. There were no surprises if you did the prep work.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	My app was in for over 5 years. There was no other significant updates to my application.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	Yes, but very minimal things that got changed during the interview itself

Any additional information you would like to add.	Bring your A game. Dress well and put on your happy face. The one guy in my group that didn’t get the offer didn’t dress well and didn’t have a great attitudes.
