Any additional information you would like to add. Interview starts when you come in the door. Formal discussion is divided up in the HR panel with 1 pilot and 1 HR rep, then a “debrief” with a pilot/chief pilot which is still a part of the interview. Be friendly & positive, incorporate the company’s values and mission statement in your answers. Initial virtual interview was Feb 2020, COVID hiring pause delayed the in-person interview 18 months.
