General Overview of Experience: Arrived at 8:30 with a group of about 12 applicants. Turned in our paperwork and then we were escorted to a conference room to wait. Gave our logbooks to a pilot as we walked in. A couple CPs were there to answer questions while we waited.
They came in and pulled applicants one at a time to either interview or debrief. The interview was 6 TMAAT questions, the interviewers were very friendly, asked follow up questions, and I felt they were rooting for me to do well.
The Debrief was with a CP. Very straight forward, “any accidents/incidents?” “Any training failures” “anything you want to tell me before we complete a background check?”
