Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I had two internal recommendations, Updated my app at least once per month, I had my resume professionally created.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? Nope, I had Prosoftt binders make my logbook and I checked and rechecked paperwork before submission.
Technical Test Questions Fairly straightforward, just take the RST practice test over and over. That should serve you well. Nothing I really studied was on my JKT.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Lots of gas turbine theory and mechanics on mine.
HR Questions Whats the pros and cons between FedEx and where you are now?

What would you do if the Captain wanted to shut down and engine going up a steep grade?

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? All four weeks. For me that was the easiest part.
