General Overview of Experience They try to make you feel as relaxed as you can be. Schedule was set. Half the group did the MMPI first, the other half’s I’d the panel. Then we switched. Go to lunch, results after lunch. TBNT pulled out, CJO brought in as a group to start the paperwork.

When showing up, the interview starts on the hour. Day prior, email came through with invite to campus saying to be there 45 minutes prior to that. We were all there 45 min prior. They want you there so that they can start on the hour.

HR Questions New format is actually pretty amazing. All three have your application and have thoroughly reviewed it and your logbooks. After your intro, they already have questions off your app. THEY WANT TO GET TO KNOW YOU! Plan to talk about what you have done. They will question any ‘less than perfect’ admittances. Be prepared to talk about them and lessons learned. LIST THEM! And figure how you want to talk about them.

I think I had one TMAT and three WWYD questions. TMAT was a conflict. Show your work on the WWYD. Pilot you look up to/mentor.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? Roughly one month
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? RST
How did you prep? One RST prep session (amazing! Highly recommend) two Emerald Coast rapid fire sessions, emerald coast top off.
Questions asked by the Pyschologist Psychologist questions were more TMAT then the actual panel interview. TMAT stress in the cockpit and such, but also quite a bit about personal life. When stress affected personal life.
