General Overview of Experience	Overall, very positive. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely excited to be back interviewing/hiring again.

Technical Test Questions	N/A
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	N/A
HR Questions	Nothing unexpected. Very straightforward. A couple TMAAT and WWYD scenarios that were fairly easily talked through and brought to a logical conclusion.
Cog Test	Have a mouse and a piece of scratch paper and a pen. I did zero prep. Just relax and do your best.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	Off and on over the past 18 mo.


Any additional information you would like to add.	Just come prepared to talk about anything negative in your app and what you learned from it. I don’t think they would invite you to the interview if you listed something that was a clean kill. If you can honestly talk through the situation, take ownership, and discuss how it’s made you a better person/pilot, I think you’ll be good.
