Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? had 3 internal recs. 3rd rec was put in the system after hogan was taken. got the phone call a few hours after rec submitted so that might have refreshed the system or it could have just been a coincidence.

Technical Test Questions asked a question about crosswinds on takeoff, asked to brief 35L ILS at Louisville, asked holding question (told not to take notes), asked about instrument crosscheck in current aircraft, asked FAA holding airspeeds, asked about flying with captain who is doing an ILS with 1000VVI down and unstable, asked about CRM
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? very heavy emphasis on how you commute to work for the company. it was emphasized a lot and brought up multiple times
HR Questions worst emergency, time you provided good customer service or went above and beyond, concepts of a good leader, why they should hire you, asked about internal recs and how you know them, what you learned about UPS in research other than general history, time called safety of flight, how you would commute to job, domicile and aircraft preference, how you prepare for a night flight, how you would keep operation efficient, CRM failure, time you had conflict with a crewmember
