General Overview of Experience | There was a phone screen to verify your application. Then if the screener was satisfied they setup a company presentation and interview date. This was all done via Skype. I interviewed before they announced the pay raise. The presentation was nice to see and allowed for a question and answer period at the end. The interview was in two parts one time frame for Tech panel and a separate time for HR. They give you a study guide to look over. Know your current airframe systems pretty well. The tech panel was done by a Southern Air 737 Captain. The HR portion asked about yourself give them a history of who you are and why Atlas. They asked a few scenario based questions nothing I haven’t seen before in an HR interview. The interview was with one HR person and a Southern Air Captain. Overall good experience interviewed on a Tuesday heard on Friday afternoon for a class date. |
