HR Questions When was I available, tell about yourself, why UPS. How do you know your recommend person and what do they say about the flying. How do you prepare for night flying. What’s your longest flight and do you have international experience. What do you know about UPS and what about something recent.

How did you prep?
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? I used RST Hogan prep which greatly helped. No other service or prep other than practicing questions with pilots at other airlines and UPS. Did a mock zoom interview with a friend at UPS a few days prior. Practiced interview questions with my wife who works in HR and reviewed posts on FB group. Read Big Brown twice and also how to ace your UPS interview.
Any additional information you would like to add. I felt RST FB group was great prep. Best advice at least for UPS I felt was be yourself and smile. I also tried to tie my HR answers into pieces from the book Big Brown.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Not really
