If you did not receive the CJO why do you think you weren’t chosen to continue in the process?	I don’t know whether it was the MMPI or the Technical test that got me but I’m pretty sure it was one of the two.

General Overview of Experience	It was a great experience although it didn’t turn out as hoped. I cannot imagine going into test day without RST prep. Really try and get there as early as possible so you can be well rested. I’m a great sleeper and had a hard time sleeping before day 1 even though I got in 2 nights prior so keep that in mind for your planning. Do everything you can to control the environment and stack the deck.

Any additional information you would like to add.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	I felt very prepared overall. I think I would look into MMPI consulting services just to make sure that’s not a blind spot. The rest of day 1 I felt fairly confident.
