HR Questions	I can’t stress this enough- be yourself and be honest and humble…that’s what they are looking for! I read ride reports of intimidation and interrogation tactics…I didn’t notice any of that at all- not even close! They really want to hire you once you’ve made it to that point.
Cog Test	RST will get you through! Look at ALL the resources listed for the Cog (PP and video!) before you start practicing the Cog.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	5 weeks.


Any additional information you would like to add.	No way in hell I could have got the job without RST. Huge props to Tito!
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	Get all your admin stuff done early (suit, paperwork, airline tx , hotel, medical, ect). That will eliminate that nagging stressor in the back of your cranium you get every morning you wake up.
