General Overview of Experience	Professional, they have this down to an art form. All members of the interview team understand your stress and the major life event that you are going through. The interview team worked hard to make sure everyone is at ease and able to perform their best.

HR Questions	Relaxing environment. Tell us about yourself, what do you know about domiciles and jets, where would you want to be stationed, Skill that you are working to improve, tired FO at step, FO that wants to nap while airborne. What if you don’t get hired. Then at the end asked if I had any questions. Professional and personable.
Cog Test	The RST trainer will over prepare you. Almost fun!
