General Overview of Experience The interview experience was very organized and friendly. There is much talk about the company being a family and that they want to hire you if you made it this far. I found both days to be non-stressful and no surprises.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Had an internal professional recommendation. I updated the app multiple times per week with flight hours, or adding more volunteer experiences, recognition, etc.

Technical Test Questions Job Knowledge Test was very brutal. Everyone commented how they thought they failed it. All candidates, except one, in my group made it to day two. The psych and cognitive were as expected and the RST prep was great for it!
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Obscure turbine engine or aerdynamics questions on the job knowledge test.
