General Overview of Experience	Great experience, they want to hire everyone. All employees were friendly and seemed happy to be there. I showed up well prepared and it was not a stressful experience.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Internal Rec and updated application every month.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No issues or questions. I had my cilvian log books with all checkrides tabbed with sticky notes, my military ARMs folder with same informative sticky notes, and a single coversheet listing hour totals and significant dates. No fancy binder or excel hour counter app print out.
Technical Test Questions	RST prep was spot on.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Only a few tough ones. I was done in 18 minutes.
HR Questions	No surprises. RST HR prep is right on.
Cog Test	Once again RST prep is good practice. Actual test is easier, just be very careful as to when you are practicing vs actually testing.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	A month

Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	RST HR prep, One on One coaching will prepare you without a doubt. Make sure you get in early because you may have to wait to get a slot.
Any additional information you would like to add.	I started to study “part time” 1.5 months out then took 2 weeks of leave before the interview to buckle down.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	No.
What can we do to improve our services?	Nothing, worth every cent. App review, resume review, study prep, HR prep RST from start to finish.
