General Overview of Experience	Started with tell me about yourself, why UPS, tell me about your hardest position you have held, how will you adjust to our schedules, etc. Technical was about TEM, procedures on V1 cut (wanted very detailed, call outs, flight control inputs, approximate pitches, etc. Briefed an arrival and discussed 3:1 rule, asked how I would enter a hold and at what speed. Captain unstable on approach WWYD scenario. How will you be successful in training, how will you adjust to and be successful at flying our big airplanes?

All pretty straight forward, but sometimes it seemed like they were looking for a specific type of response but not giving and feedback on what they were looking for (felt like something specific to how UPS does things and they assume that is how everyone else is doing it).
