General Overview of Experience	I had two years as a flight instructor and four years of experience as a first officer at a regional airline.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I had 3 internal recs and made application updates after every trip. I received a fix-it email and the next day after I corrected the error I got the assessment invite.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	I forgot to update my medical date and got the fix-it email. I updated the date within the hour of receiving the email.

HR Questions
Cog Test	I used the RST cog trainer and it was very useful for practice. When I thought I was ready I took the cog assessment that is included in the American application since it is almost exactly the same. I then took the Delta cog assessment.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	As soon as I got the invite for the assessment I started preparing for the interview portion so about 3 weeks.
