General Overview of Experience	Pretty much the same as previous ride reports. They really want you to succeed.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +

Technical Test Questions	RST does an excellent job of preparing you for the Knowledge Test. There were only a couple of questions that I had not seen something similar to in the prep package.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	I had a weather scenario question that provided information from ACARS. Having never used ACARS before I had to guess on what the format of the data was telling me.
HR Questions	Standard HR questions. I used Emerald Coast to prepare.
Cog Test	This was easier than the Brain Games. However it is in a different format than Windows based.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	2+ years
