General Overview of Experience	It really was a great experience. They really make it an inviting experience. Try to put you at ease from the moment you walk in the door until you leave.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	Not one thing. I had my app reviewed by RST and had printed out my digital logbook in a nice binder I ordered from Etsy.

HR Questions	You mentioned you love mentoring and using your leadership style to help with that. How do you accomplish that? How did your leadership styler differ from being at a regional to being at your 91 operation? TMMAT your leadership style was a success and was also a failure. What’s the biggest asset you’d bring with you to delta? What makes a good leader and captain? You mentioned customer service in your intro and as being your biggest asset. How is it different than being in the 121 world? Why are you working on your MBA? Do you see yourself in managerial roles moving forward in your career? WWYD: CA is being very inappropriate. She had me make up scenarios. Very open ended. WWYD: CA on A350 flying to Tokyo and a natural disasters happens? Get on the ground what are you considering now? WWYD. Get a fire indication on throttle handle and you run approaches checklist. How do you go from there? WWYD: FAs in bound leg is delayed and they come on the plane bad mouthing the company, haven’t eaten, haven’t completed their checks and gate agent wants to board.
