General Overview of Experience Overall it was a very good experience. If you get put into the last group to do your panel interview it is definitely a very long day. I was there from 0700-1600. Friendly but very professional and formal atmosphere.

Technical Test Questions N/A
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? N/A
HR Questions – Tell us about yourself in 2-3 minutes
– Describe the meaning of Leadership
– Where do you see your career progressing to
– What was the most stressful/hardest part of your career/getting to this point
– Why should we pick you
– Asked specific questions from my application. Both positive and negative
– WWYD with a drunk passenger on board
– TMAAT you had a conflict with a captain
Cog Test Long test but just answer the best that you can. They say if you take more than 10 seconds to answer a question you are thinking too much.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 1 month of official prep but have been studying on and off for a couple years just through gouge.
How did you prep? RST HR prep
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? RST HR prep
Any additional information you would like to add. Highly recommend working with RST for the HR interview prep. Although you may have all of the correct stories they help you put them into wording that comes out more smoothly and finish with a better result. If you do have any negative things on your application (I did) just make sure you practice talking about them. They will ask you about them on both your HR and with the psychiatrist.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? No I feel like the three 1 on 1 sessions with RST and the final mock interview with my own practice in between was enough to feel ready.
What can we do to improve our services? I had a good experience with RST. I thought the three 1 on 1 and mock interview was not going to be enough prep but after completing all of them it was just the right amount.
