General Overview of Experience	Delta is a great company and all the people you will meet on your interview day are the utmost professionals.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	6-12 months
Did you attend a job fair?	Yes
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I had a Delta FO request an application review back in June so I assume that was a factor.
How many internal recs did you have?	3-4
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	None, follow the directions that Delta sends you. For Air Force types, they know that OPRs and Form 8s are electronic but I brought 2 copies of each. Bring your official flight records folder (HARM should let you sign it out). A summary and breakdown are not required but can’t hurt.
Technical Test Questions	RST prep is all you need… stop overthinking it. I started the RST program 1 Nov and finished it 22 Nov. Did some minor brushing up a couple of days prior and I estimate that I got 55-57 of the 60 correct.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	If you begin the missed approach prior to the MAP, what is the minimum altitude you must maintain?
HR Questions	5-6 mins to talk about career starting after college. 40% covering my app (I had a couple of Q3s and a Q2, I didn’t promote to O-5, undergrad GPA was weak). -WWYD: at TOD for Narita and dispatch says that the field is closed indef with no other info. Turned out to be an explosion at the field so I diverted to Heneda. -What was you hardest flight -How will your experience be a benefit to Delta WRT customer service. -TMAaT you diffused a conflict between coworkers

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	2 months on and off.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	ECIC. Yes but you have to go in to the HR interview being your self. HR prep is good for finding you weak areas and getting used to talking about yourself.
