Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I went to the Free meet the Recruiter event in Atlanta

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	My application was not complete when I received the invite. RST advised me to make changes and make it more comprehensive. It went from about 11 pages to 24 pages. I was very worried that this would be considered a “major” change. Not supposed to make “Major Changes” after the invite. These changes were not even brought up in the interview. However, the detailed application made it easier for them to follow my story.
Technical Test Questions	Cog Trainer on RST was very similar to the real thing. not exact but it was helpful.
HR Questions	If you do the group and the 1 on 1 with RST, you will be more than prepared!

Any additional information you would like to add.	It is easy to say relax after the event. Just like many have said, once you are in the building it means they want to hire you. They are very welcoming, try your best to just relax and enjoy the moment!
