General Overview of Experience	RST was very helpful with the cognitive skills assessment and he general knowledge tests. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to interview with Delta or FedEx.

Technical Test Questions	none
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Maybe some aerodynamic questions. Unfortunately I don’t remember the specific questions.
Cog Test	none
Cog Math Questions	I don’t remember the specific questions, however I was told that the cog math questions are not weighed very heavily if at all by the FedEx rep.
HR Questions	Intro Why FedEx? TMAAT you had an emergency What do you know about our hubs and domiciles? How would you manage fatigue traveling multiple time zones? What is something you could improve on? Have you ever had a first office or second pilot try to act like the Captain/Aircraft Commander? Have you ever seen anyone struggling in the cockpit? What are characteristics of a bad pilot? Have you ever had a crew member who was unfit to fly? Why should FedEx hire you?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	a week. I had done some other interviews fairly recently so I felt comfortable with the HR portion
