General Overview of Experience	Outstanding! Although walking out of the testing, felt humbled on the things I did not know.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	1-6 months
Did you attend a job fair?	No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Attended Delta ATP/CTP course. Highly recommend

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	None
Technical Test Questions	RST will prepare you for this….but it was still tough
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Really none…RST 15 day course does a pretty good job of reviewing all of the technical concepts you have forgotten over the years
HR Questions	only a couple tell me about a times..the rest were all situational. Really nothing to study here other than being honest and tacking it to a logical conclusion
Cog Test	Extremely easy….much easier than the jet brain games. I felt like an idiot doing the jet brain games….was getting crushed.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	About 4 months….about an hour a night
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast. I used them for a previous airline interview back in November. I did not do a top off or anything for this interview. Emerald Coast did a great job the first go-around. I did not feel like I needed it again.
Any additional information you would like to add.	As everyone else has said, they want you there. You need to be able to communicate effectively during the HR portion. I really feel this is the most heavily weighted portion of the interview process, but that is just my opinion.
