If you did not receive the CJO why do you think you weren’t chosen to continue in the process? During the HR interview the active CA briefed a scenario that should have been a softball and I struggled through it. Would have been the difference between getting hired and a 6 month reinvite.

General Overview of Experience Great experience overall. Staff was very friendly. RST prepares adequately but only 1/6 of the questions were verbatim. Tests help prepare for the types of questions and notecards were helpful for review, but the meat of studying should be reading ANA, pilot handbook, and EEPP.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? ANA, pilot handbook, EEPP, RST tests and flash cards for JKT. Downloaded PEBL for COG.
Technical Test Questions No issues.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? There were more math questions than I was anticipating. Took more time to complete the test, but still had 10 minutes at the end to review the questions I was unsure about. No penalty for guessing.
Cog Test Number symbol match was the same symbol lineup in the practice, so memorize it before moving on.
Cog Math Questions Questions like if it cost Becky $9 to buy 6 apples and she is going to share them with 3 friends, how much does it cost Becky? a. $3 b. $5 c. $8 d. $6. 4 apples @ $1.50/Apple is $6, so d would be correct.
HR Questions WWYD if the captain told you not to read the checklist because he has it memorized. TMAAT you resolved a conflict between coworkers. TMAAT you had a stressful flight and how you handled the crew. WWYD if you are returning from an overwater flight and divert into an airfield without customs, Lavs are full and customers are starting to complain.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 3 months
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC. It was helpful in determining what stories to tell and which ones to stay away from.
