General Overview of Experience The atmosphere was very welcoming and our group was given a brief tour of some of the training facilities and simulators. Great effort was made on their part to put us at ease and be relaxed enough to complete the day one testing. I certainly felt like they wanted to have us there and be successfully hired. I had a positive experience with the two retired Captains on my interview panel and during the SBI. Everyone acted in a very professional manner.

Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast Interview Consultants. Yes, it helped me quite a bit to think about past aviation stories and how to communicate them. The SBI prep was very valuable.
