How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?

Technical Test Questions Fair amount of questions regarding turbine engines. The T-34 manual covers all of the important stuff.
Questions on Circling approaches and all the technical aspects regarding circling radius for Cat C and landing legality.
What happens if you lose the landing runway on a circling approach.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?
Cog Test Th Cog webinar really helped me plan a strategy for taking on the real test and an aging to score as many points as possible. Practice several times on the RST website. Also, did at least he practice before each of the real task that you get to do in the test.

HR Questions HR interview:
Everybody was very nice and professional. They all did a quick intro of who they where and then asked me to introduce myself starting from high School.Application Questions:
No questions on my logbooks. They only asked me about my first solo flight date and what I did to prepare for it.
Asked me about OBAP and why I joined their organization.
Hypothetical Questions:
WWYD if you get to the airplane and the flight Attendant and the captain are having a heated argument. They escalated it to that they have had this issue on prior flights when trying to work together.
WWYD If the captain was constantly setting the wrong headings and altitudes? Escalated to: he has done this on other flights with other people.
WWYD If you where an hour from landing and the airport just got shut down. You only have fuel for one more hour and the airport is expected to reopen in 2hrs.
Other questions:
How do you think Delta would take care of you on your days off?
TMAAT When you had a conflict with someone.
TMAAT That you had to make a hard decision.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? I used Emerald Coast Interview Consulting. It help inmensly with taking on the HR portion.
