How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? I have been preparing for interviews in general for several years with an emphasis on Alaska. I had about three weeks to prepare specifically for this interview.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast and Rainier Flight Service. Both were extremely valuable in helping me organize my presentation and anticipating what I might be asked.
Any additional information you would like to add. The interview was very professional and the Alaska/Virgin recruiters went out of their way to make you feel very welcome and bring down the stress level as much as possible.
