Technical Test Questions RST does a good job at preparing you. I would look through the AIM to refresh general knowledge.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? The INS/IRS questions.
HR Questions Intro from professional life. Questions provoked by application. TMAT… stress, conflict. WWYD … What if captain … ? What if flight attendant … ? Basic CRM stuff.
Stay calm, they are deciding whether or not to put you in the flight deck of one of their airplanes.
Cog Test Some of the mental math questions give you more info then you need for the answer. Try to understand the question quickly then dismiss the unnecessary info and figure out the answer. The question will disappear unanswered if you take too long.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? I started the HR about 2 months out, but focused mainly on RST for the last month.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. I think the biggest help is the mock interview (face-to-face, online, or phone). It is better to stumble over your answers before the actual interview. Also, to learn which of your stories are good and which ones do not help you sell yourself.
Any additional information you would like to add. Have your application reviewed.
Do at least a couple of mock interviews.
RST is awesome, but add the AIM.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I want to say more time to prep, but you can make your brain foggy if you cram too much. I would mix it up and do HR for a few days then Knowledge for a few days and so on, add in the COG every once in a while for 20 mins.
