General Overview of Experience	The selection team was very polite, welcoming, and professional. I put my logbooks and paper work in a nice tabbed 3 ring binder and had no positive or negative feedback, I think I they just want the info in an organized fashion. Use the water bottle refiller, They don’t care if you do or not, but I do, and it is good for the planet.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	For my military folks, in the addendum-that failed checkride question includes Pilot training/UPT checks. I had marked no and had to explain how I thought they meant Form 8 checkrides conducted by SEFE’s after UPT… it was an uncomfortable way to start.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	RST

What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	No surprises, some different questions but same concepts.
Cog Test	I thought I was taking a practice “match numbers with their symbol” test, but it was the real deal. No other surprises.
Cog Math Questions	I blacked out for these, sorry. Slightly easier than the COG trainer questions.
HR Questions	Same as th HR trainer.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	2 months
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	EC – the webinar was the most helpful part for me.
