General Overview of Experience The whole process is extremely organized and everyone was very friendly. After paperwork Barry will talk to everyone about the day and try to calm you down. I started with the COG and JKT first. The JKT was not much fun. As said before most questions have 2 answers that are close or seem to be both correct. If you can’t get it move on and come back, some of the math questions take some time to work out and you want to have time for those. I finished the test with only 3 mins left. I am a pretty slow test taker however and most finished the test long before I did.
After this I had 30 mins to get food. Found the rest of the group at the cafeteria and ate a quick light lunch. When I got back it was right into the interview at 12:00. My panel was very nice and seemed happy to meet me. It is strange but it felt like the actual interview was the only time that day I felt somewhat relaxed. The room is small but there is sunlight through the window and you can see outside. I signed my app and then HR told me to give a 5 minute talk about myself from high school to today. I recommend practicing giving this speech to someone many times. It seems to be a big part of the interview. After this it was on to TMAAT and WWYD questions. I was done by 12:45.
Finishing this early was rough. I waited around for the longest 2 1/2 hours of my life, over thinking everything I had done. Based on the interview and JKT I thought I had about a 50/50 chance. By 3 everyone is done and they start calling people back to give them the bad news. Talking with the others in your group is about the only thing that calmed me down. Around 3:30 Barry and the staff came into the room and welcomed us to Delta.

Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Cage Marshall, Yes
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Close to the big day I started to take a lot of practice tests on RST. I feel like I would have benefited more from going through the flashcards again. Do not study the night before. Try to do something to relax so you can get some sleep.
