General Overview of Experience	Just as previously stated it’s a very long stressful day. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They really give you an opportunity to show who you are.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Not that I know of

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	None
Technical Test Questions	Nothing that I can think of.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	I had lots of aerodynamics on my test. Nothing crazy if you understand the concepts. Just take your time and read through the questions. Also, some that interviewed had a lot of math problems. I had three and they were very simple.
HR Questions	Lots of WWYD type questions. What would you do if the captain doesn’t want to wait for the two minute engine warmup time after start? Is one that I remember. Didn’t get a single TMAAT till meeting with the shrink on day two.
Cog Test	If you practice a few times with tests available on RST you will be in good shape. The actual cog test is much easier and it helped to have already seen similar tests.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	On and off for the 4 weeks leading up to the interview. Really spent most of my time preparing for the JKT.

Any additional information you would like to add.	The RST interview prep software really does help a lot and it can’t be stressed enough.
